We called Tom and Harriet at 11am to ask them to come out to a hornets nest in our bathroom expel air system. Both called me within 15 minutes of contacting them and Harriet came out at 1pm. Very knowledgeable and explained exactly what she was going to do, all done in about half an hour, fantastic. Tom was brilliant! From start to finish. We bought a Victorian house and found a lot of droppings and empty poison trays around the house. Tom inspected the property, investigated the level of infestation and took preventative measures. His advice is very sound and practical.
