Fantastic. I was given Tom's name from a local group where he was highly spoken of and I'm glad I took the risk! It's tricky with things like this to know what you're going to get, but Tom was friendly, committed, experienced, and perhaps most importantly, got to the bottom of our pest issues. Highly recommend Total Control Pest Solutions! We had a persistent rat issue in our loft that we just couldn't resolve on our own. Harriet and Tom were fantastic—they didn't just clear the infestation, they identified the likely entry point and put measures in place to prevent the rats coming back. Excellent service, from the clear advice and expertise on the first phone call through to the follow up visit which confirmed resolution of the issue. Harriet detected a rat was likely and it was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication and time keeping and a good result for us.
