After calling a few companies I got to speak to Tom and realised he was the company for us, he knew what he was talking about, took time to explain what would happen, guaranteed the work and could come the next day. He arrived as agreed, looked at the wasp nest, explained what the wasps were doing through my ceiling and did the job efficiently, quickly and without drama or mess. Highly recommend the service and the man. The price was very reasonable. Two days later no issues, wasps all gone and just an hole in the ceiling to deal with.

Have used Total Control for a number of years for a variety of issues ranging from control of rabbits, dealing with wasp & mice infestation & disposing of a deer carcase. Service is always prompt, polite & professional. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Tom literally came within an hour of me calling him and was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely brilliant service - super quick to get rid of a wasps nest and a follow up if I need it! Efficient , effective and on time

Highly recommend. I contacted Tom in the afternoon, he was with me 7am the next day! I had a very large wasp nest above my children’s bedroom. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have used other local pest control from Crowborough in the past, and Tom is by far the best. You can tell they are a very skilled and experienced company. I will continue to use from now on. My call was answered promptly and an operative came out that afternoon and treated the wasp nest we had discovered in the roof. We have been advised to monitor the site for a week and if still active, they will re-treat the nest. Really, I couldn’t fault the service. Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend.
