10 Great service, excellent blinds

Overall an excellent service from start to finish. It was handy to be able to visit the store, and have access to a good range of different options and to get expert advice from Barbara. Then the home visit for accurate measurements and getting a better idea of how the different options would look in place. The fitting was arranged in good time and carried out by a friendly expert fitter. From the first time we entered the showroom to discuss our requirements we had friendly and professional advice, with no sales pressure. Torrino (Barbara) quickly came out to measure our windows and provided a clear and comprehensive quote. Fitting (by Adam) ensued after about 4 weeks and we are delighted with the quality and professionalism of the fit and materials. Extremely helpful from first showroom visit to job completion. Prompt home survey and measuring up . Order for new shutters done within two days. Shipping from China explained fully.
