The staff working at Torrino, Barbara and Adam were very helpful and efficient throughout our dealings with them. Barbara turned up to measure up on time and answered all of our questions. When the fitting day arrived Adam called to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He worked efficiently and did a lovely job. Cleaning up after the work was finished, no mess at all. He didn't make us feel uncomfortable to have a stranger in the house, a really nice man. His work was extremely professional. And the blinds were really good. A lovely couple. Thank you.

Overall an excellent service from start to finish. It was handy to be able to visit the store, and have access to a good range of different options and to get expert advice from Barbara. Then the home visit for accurate measurements and getting a better idea of how the different options would look in place. The fitting was arranged in good time and carried out by a friendly expert fitter. The result is three sets of blinds that I'm really happy with.

The quantity and the workmanship is outstanding. Family members have used Torrino Ltd. I was so impressed my house has transformed.

From the first time we entered the showroom to discuss our requirements we had friendly and professional advice, with no sales pressure. Torrino (Barbara) quickly came out to measure our windows and provided a clear and comprehensive quote. Fitting (by Adam) ensued after about 4 weeks and we are delighted with the quality and professionalism of the fit and materials. Thoroughly recommend this company.
