He was very professional, easy to talk to, and kept up regular communication throughout the process. The roof report he provided was clear, thorough, and helpful, and he offered a detailed and very reasonable estimate for the necessary repairs. Overall, Tom is a genuinely nice guy and someone I’d gladly recommend to anyone needing roofing work.

  New roof installation

  Tom carried out full roof installation with new tiles, felt and baton. A dry verge and ridge kit along with roof insulation boards, sofits, gutters and dorma siding were replaced/fitted at the same time. Tom proved to be both skilled and concientious, was always polite and kept me informed and updated on the work being carried out. Would highly recommend.

  We had a small hole in the roofing felt behind our slate roof which was causing water ingress

  Tom was excellent throughout the job - was very quick to come out and look at the work as well as communicate throughout. The quality of the work was excellent as well. We will 100% be using Torfaen Roofing Services again in future and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

  Flat roof repair

  Just had two flat roof repairs completed by Tom from Torfaen Roofing. Very happy with the service I received from Tom he was very polite helpful and efficient. He was punctual and tidy and completed the work as promised. I would certainly call on this company again if I needed to.

  Leak in my roof

  Tom came out to fix a leak in my roof around the soil pipe vent, while up there he pointed out a few other issues he recommended be addressed, such as a cracked tile. Leak fixed, show me pictures before and after the repairs and walked me through the process. highly recommended.

  Fix a chimney stack and put a new roof on an extension

  Tom was brilliant from start to finish. He sorted out our chimney stack and completely redid the roof, and the difference is amazing. He turned up when he said he would, worked really hard, and kept everything tidy. Super easy to deal with and really knows his stuff. We’re so pleased with the result and would happily recommend Tom to anyone needing roofing work.
