Tom’s persistence paid off. He was able to find the root cause of the leak in the roof, explain it to us and rectify it. The photographic report before, during and after provided the evidence. Nice work Tom.

Tommy was very helpful from start to finish. Completed an inspection of the roof before the job commenced and provided feedback on other issues, clearly explaining and showing what they were. He provided regular updates via text and call. Completed the job as agreed and also helped with a few other small repairs while he was there.

He was very professional, easy to talk to, and kept up regular communication throughout the process. The roof report he provided was clear, thorough, and helpful, and he offered a detailed and very reasonable estimate for the necessary repairs. Overall, Tom is a genuinely nice guy and someone I’d gladly recommend to anyone needing roofing work.

Tom carried out full roof installation with new tiles, felt and baton. A dry verge and ridge kit along with roof insulation boards, sofits, gutters and dorma siding were replaced/fitted at the same time. Tom proved to be both skilled and concientious, was always polite and kept me informed and updated on the work being carried out. Would highly recommend.

Tom was excellent throughout the job - was very quick to come out and look at the work as well as communicate throughout. The quality of the work was excellent as well. We will 100% be using Torfaen Roofing Services again in future and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.
