  Replace bathroom and new external kitchen extractor.

  I would highly recommend Topmarks Property Care for the amazing job they have completed for us, strip and replace old bathroom with new. We came across a few snags from previous owners diy skills. With Mark's experience and knowledge he advised and offered us solutions for us to have the bathroom we wanted. Due to his politeness, efficiency, experience, knowledge and tidyness. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Mark back for the next project.

  Renovation of bathroom

  Mark came and ripped out an old bath and fitted a shower unit and new basin for my elderly mum. He did a fantastic job, and really looked after mum too. So friendly and efficient. Absolutely top service, thank you so much Mark.

  Mark came highly recommended from a friend. His work ethic is certainly very professional and 100% exact. His time keeping and flexibility cannot be faulted.   Removed bold bath and vanity unit replaced with new walk in shower and vanity unit

  Mark removed the old bath and vanity unit, installed a new walking in shower and vanity unit, retiled the floor fitted the new panels in the shower, made good a few damaged existing tiles with a lot more small touches which just made the whole job that little bit extra great finish. He keeps you fully in the picture as to what he is doing and why and gives good sound advice, he is a great worker and really knows his stuff. We are so chuffed with the finished job and can’t recommend Mark highly enough. PS - One sugar in the tea

  Bathroom fitting and plumbing

  Fitted a new downstairs toilet and sink, including appropriate furniture/cupboards, floor and tiles. Was happy to make good suggestions and always tidied up at the end of each day.
