  Topmarks Property Care was quick to react and as he lived locally, was able to visit and assess the work, and then to complete the repair within that same day. Mark was very knowledgeable, and suggested the best options for refixing my bathroom tiles, which were breaking loose.

  Excellent tradesmen

  I just like to say a huge thank you to Mark who has just replaced my upstairs bathroom and also done some tiling in my downstairs bathroom. Mark is extremely professional and very skilled in what he does. He was also thorough in keeping the house as clean as possible and minimising the dust. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would highly recommend him based on my experience.

  Top Marks Property Care, based locally, were able to visit and do a temporary repair straight away, at my request, advising that further investigation would be required to ascertain the route of the problem, which I told him was most likely linked to an ongoing subsidence claim that is being investigated through my insurers.

  Refurbishment of Shower Room

  Mark completed our work 3/12/25, so sorry for the delay. The job involved removal of a shower, building a new wall behind as water had penetrated then re-tiling. The tiles were large and were fitted to perfection. Installing the new cubicle was complicated but fitted precisely. Water had damaged the floor, he suggested and fitted new flooring with luxury vinyl floorboards looks great. Attention to detail exemplary, what he adds to a job turns satisfactory to superb. He is extremely punctual and a very clean worker. I recommend Mark 100%. Good luck in 2026. Thank you so much. Trish
