Top Marks Property Care, based locally, were able to visit and do a temporary repair straight away, at my request, advising that further investigation would be required to ascertain the route of the problem, which I told him was most likely linked to an ongoing subsidence claim that is being investigated through my insurers.

Mark completed our work 3/12/25, so sorry for the delay. The job involved removal of a shower, building a new wall behind as water had penetrated then re-tiling. The tiles were large and were fitted to perfection. Installing the new cubicle was complicated but fitted precisely. Water had damaged the floor, he suggested and fitted new flooring with luxury vinyl floorboards looks great. Attention to detail exemplary, what he adds to a job turns satisfactory to superb.
