Clear communication, competitive price. Went the extra mile to try to find ridge and roof tiles that matched ours and blended iinto the existing roof. Left the site clean and tidy, I will use this company again if required.

Paul arrived promptly as agreed. He arranged for power cables to be shrouded to allow him to safely work on the guttering. Job done satisfactory, no more dripping when it rains. I would recommend him.

Paul and his colleague were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and completed the work ahead of schedule (Paul originally quoted a 2-3 week lead time, but was able to fit us in only about 1 week after he came to do a site visit). Paul conducted a careful site assessment and provided a range of different options for the repair work. He took the time to explain the different pros and cons of different options, which was useful given that we don’t know much about roofing. Would definitely recommend Tophat to friends and family.

Tophat roofing have been amazing from the start. They have been efficient and transparent from the start. Although the weather conditions affected the work that could be done initially, Paul and his team put on a temporary measure to safeguard my properly and ease the stress of a leaking roof. Paul advised on what areas of the roof were causing leaks. He gave me a few options and prices, which were reasonable compared to other companies. Took photos and video to show me the problems areas of the roof both before and after the job was finished. Overall Tophat roofing did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them and use again myself.
