  Reliable, straightforward and fair ✅️

  Top Gas have been my go to plumbers and gas engineers for a number of years. They've always turned up on schedule, promptly provided fair estimates and been easy to deal with. Their advice is quality, I've not had a single issue, and their invoices are easy to pay. Reliable, straightforward and fair - Top Gas have it figured out and I'll continue to use them.

  Friendly, proactive and cares

  I have had both a recent service which was prompted thankfully as I had lost track of time. Also new boiler fitted a year ago. Top Gas - Tom - has always followed up and ensured all ok and kindly chased up the warranty document. Great to have the warranty. Only had to use that initially for a sensor and all smooth and no additional charges. Boiler has worked quietly and consistently in its first year . Would recommend Tom and Top Gas for friendliness, reliability and care over service being delivered

  Great work, great pricing and top job

  Tom was great. Competitive price, great communication and job completed on time and to budget. When we found a problem with the boiler (not connected to the service), he managed to identify the fault just by asking me relevant questions and sending a couple of photos! Quoted a good price (less than half the quote I got from the people that installed the boiler a few years ago), came and fixed it. A very happy customer!

  Great job. Timely, knowledgeable and a fair price. When carrying out the service we had an issue with our boiler. Tom identified the issue and fixed it without a problem. Great guy!

  Best plumber ever

  Tom is a legend. Super helpful, clear and skilled, and willing to take the time to help you understand the problem and weigh up the options. He's always punctual and communicates really clearly. He did a power flush for me a few months ago, which was needed, but my boiler was also on its last legs and died just before xmas. Tom was amazing at responding really quickly and sorting out the immersion heater so I at least had hot water over Xmas. He then booked me in to replace the boiler ASAP in Jan, which he completed brilliantly and for a good price, so everything now working again. Amazing
