I've had Tom do a few things in my house; installing a new boiler and then a couple of visits since to install radiators. On every occasion, the work has been excellent. He's quick to answer messages, very patient with my questions, full of sound advice and just a great guy all around.

Tom is very reliable, prompt, and professional. He has done a few jobs at my house, including fixing both toilets. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Top Gas installed a new combi boiler and compete new heating system after recently moving into our new property, Tom was recommended to us by a friend and we found him to be very helpful knowledgable and gave us great advice as this type of work is all new to us, will definitely be using top gas again with the various plumbing job needed throughout the house

Top Gas have been my go to plumbers and gas engineers for a number of years. They've always turned up on schedule, promptly provided fair estimates and been easy to deal with. Their advice is quality, I've not had a single issue, and their invoices are easy to pay. Reliable, straightforward and fair - Top Gas have it figured out and I'll continue to use them.

I have had both a recent service which was prompted thankfully as I had lost track of time. Also new boiler fitted a year ago. Top Gas - Tom - has always followed up and ensured all ok and kindly chased up the warranty document. Great to have the warranty. Only had to use that initially for a sensor and all smooth and no additional charges. Boiler has worked quietly and consistently in its first year . Would recommend Tom and Top Gas for friendliness, reliability and care over service being delivered
