A new tenant moved in and of course that was the day the boiler decided after 15 years to stop working. Tom was clear and fair in explaining all the options and we decided on a new boiler which we ordered and fitted in less than 24 hours. His communication at all times was clear, his pricing was not exorbitant and I felt that we were in good safe hands now and in the future.
