I asked Plamen to replace a broken toilet connector on 8/6, as we needed to coordinate with a third-party company to investigate a communal leak. He completed the work promptly and efficiently, fitting the repair into the required time frame perfectly. During the same visit, while waiting for the other company to arrive, Plamen also carried out a boiler and gas check as previously agreed. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

We wanted a new downstairs cloakroom fitted. Plamen gave us a great quote for the job and was able to fit us in quite quickly. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with what he was doing at every stage. Very happy with his work - would reccomend

He was efficient in fixing the leak I had - I’d thought it was a burst pipe under the floor but he’d identified that it was just the washer in a connection in the next room that needed replacing saving more effort than I thought the fix would need. He was also good keeping an open communication with what was commonly thought to be issues with leaks to help me mitigate them in future. He also unblocked my kitchen sink all within an hour. Would recommend. 👍🏼

Plamen was professional from start to finish. From when I submitted my request, he responded within 24 hours and a prompt day was arranged to discuss the job. It was a challenging job due to the company we bought the shower door from for various reasons but Plamen worked hard to get the job done and was determined to get it finished. A reliable and professional service and we will definitely be using him in the future if required. Very happy!
