  Outstanding workmanship and customer service

  It's hard to find a reliable tradesperson that takes pride in their work and delivers a great outcome. but Richard of Topaz Bathrooms is everything that a great tradesperson should be. We commissioned Topaz Bathrooms to undertake the refit of our en suite bathroom. Everything from the consultation period, lead-time, preparation, cleanliness, and installation were well-structured, so it came as no surprise that the end result was a genuine 10/10. The communication and paperwork (i.e., inventory) were also second to none, so we'd have no hesitation of recommending Topaz Bathrooms.

  New bathroom and cloakroom

  Excellent job. Very engaging design process with lots of unit designs and tiles to choose from. Very clear quotation breakdown provided and the final cost was very close to the initial quote. Both the bathroom and cloakroom were completed to a very high standard with the bathroom layout changed to maximise the space. Will definitely use again when renovating my other bathroom.

  Superb service, we love our new bathroom.

  I recommend Topaz Bathrooms to anyone looking for a bathroom redesign and fitting. I honestly can't rate them highly enough. The quality of our beautiful new bathroom is amazing. It was great seeing the design ahead of the work, so we had a really clear picture of what to expect. Very friendly and considerate, especially as someone who works from home, there was minimal disruption whilst the work was carried out. Great communication via email throughout and a really useful meeting to discuss what we wanted beforehand. Really knowledgeable and experienced. Superb service, thank you so much!

  Bathroom design, supply & fit

  Our old bathroom was completely redesigned and replaced by Topaz. A small, experienced family business they provide an excellent, detailed, professional service which we cannot recommend highly enough. Ours is an old house that revealed a number of unforeseen obstacles. All were managed and sorted expertly and with great care & precision, all within budget. Attention to detail was outstanding. The final result surpassed our expectations. A pleasure to have in our home, we would recommend Topaz wholeheartedly

  Total gutting and full refit of bathroom

  Absolutely wonderful total refit of our bathroom. Richard and Julie guided us along the way with the design and products etc. A very professional couple and a very professional job upon completion. Richard is a very hardworking, very friendly character who certain knows his stuff and his attention to detail is second to non. Always on time, worked extremely tidily and kept us informed all along the way. I would highly recommend this small family company to anyone considering a bathroom refit.
