Richard, Julie and Adam were outstanding from start to finish. The design process was personal and their product knowledge invaluable. Richard’s workmanship, tiling and full bathroom fit was exceptional, and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Midway through, he suggested a design improvement we hadn’t considered, and we’re so glad he did. Truly excellent service throughout. We’ll definitely be using them again next year for our en-suite.

We are really pleased with our new bathroom. Richard and Julie were very helpful at selecting items for the bathroom and getting it. Richard and Adam were very good at the installation. Work is finished to a very high standard. Everything was tidied up at night and hoovered frequently. We would use this company again.

We commissioned Topaz Bathrooms to undertake the refit of our en suite bathroom. Everything from the consultation period, lead-time, preparation, cleanliness, and installation were well-structured, so it came as no surprise that the end result was a genuine 10/10. Excellent job. Very engaging design process with lots of unit designs and tiles to choose from. Very clear quotation breakdown provided and the final cost was very close to the initial quote. Both the bathroom and cloakroom were completed to a very high standard with the bathroom layout changed to maximise the space. Will definitely use again when renovating my other bathroom.

It was great seeing the design ahead of the work, so we had a really clear picture of what to expect. Very friendly and considerate, especially as someone who works from home, there was minimal disruption whilst the work was carried out.
