Excellent response when first contacted, and came around to look at the job within days. Reasonable quote within 10 days, and gave us a lead in time to when they could start the work .Arrived punctually and efficiently and the work was completed within a week. Area left in a clean and tidy manner. All round a very good job and reliable service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Top 2 bottom provided an excellent service when repairing our roof and chimney. Communication was great from the first visit and reassurance was given throughout regarding work needed. Work was completed efficiently and updates provided throughout as to status of work progress. All work finished to a high standard and clean and tidy throughout period of work. The work was carried out extremely well despite the property offering limited access for scaffolding. Great care was taken to ensure that each stage of the work was explained in detail. Now that the work has been completed I am enjoying peace of mind. The overall cost of the repairs - including scaffolding & VAT - was extremely reasonable. I recommend Top2bottom to anyone in need of roofing work.

What an amazing person Mike is. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more helpful, reasonable, genuine and knowledgeable person . From contacting Mike late Monday evening, the report was booked in and completed by Thursday. He’s fair, reasonable and extremely efficient. Is recommend him to anyone!
