We were replacing floorboards and ended up drilling through the main central heating pipes. Dan instructed us over the phone what we needed to do to limit damage (drain the central heating system and turn off the water at the mains) and had someone out to us in a matter of hours to fix the issue. Very grateful and the work was completed to a high standard and due to the advice given by Dan prior to it being fixed, there was no further damage to our property! Daniel was very punctual and informative from start to finish,he came out to view the job the next day in the evening,he was here no more than 15 minutes found the problem fixed it and said to monitor it and if there was a problem he would come back the next day. Thankfully the job was done,i was dredding the fact that I might have to replace the cylinder which was not the case.I highly recommend Daniel and will definitely be using him again & passing his number to friends.
