We called Tootell's out in an emergency when we discovered our boiler had broken down on New Year's Eve. We were really struggling to get hold of anyone, but Dan took my call and agreed to come out within half an hour. His call out charge was very fair considering the circumstances and he did everything he could to get a temporary fix for us. Unfortunately our boiler couldn't be fixed without a new part, but Dan left us with a good electric heater to warm up our kid's rooms. He arranged to come back on 2nd Jan and managed to quickly and efficiently install a new pump. Would highly recommend.

Dan was very professional, friendly and the job got done well. He went the extra mile to meet the clients expectations. The service provided was affordable and at a competitive rate . Will be using Dan again and also recommending him to friends . Thank you Dan

Dan was amazing, and came at short notice to see to a leak. Dan diagnosed the issue straight away and spoke about the importance of turning off the water supply. Dan was patient while trying to find the water mains to turn off the water, and advised us to call Thames water as we could not source the water mains. Dan said that if the water could not be turned off or was still running high he would come back, thankfully this was not needed. Dan returned the next morning and fitted us a new shower unit and took care of the leak. Would not hesitate to book him again, thanks Dan.
