Excellent. Daniel came to investigate a very loud noise in our pipes which had eluded our previous plumber. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly sourced the part and fixed it on the spot after hopping into our dark, dirty, cramped and hellishly hot loft to grapple with our ancient water tank. Polite, knowledgeable and the charge was very reasonable.

Following a telephone conversation with Daniel. Daniel arranged with me to visit my home to see what work needed to be done. Daniel was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything. The cost for the work was so reasonable. Daniel said that he would arrange for work to be done. 2 X Radiator pipes to be replaced and to repair creaking floor board. Nigel came and repaired the floor. Jude replaced the pipe work on Radiators. This Company are professional and fair they won’t rip you off. I will be using them again. Brilliant work. Thank you

Needed an old tap removed, and replacement fitted with waste. Tootells have very good comms, we agreed a price, and they turned up when said. Polite and courteous, tidied up afterwards, so all good!

Daniel is very professional, prompt and friendly, was able to identify and fix our combi boiler in timely manner. Highly recommended their service to everyone.

We called Tootell's out in an emergency when we discovered our boiler had broken down on New Year's Eve. We were really struggling to get hold of anyone, but Dan took my call and agreed to come out within half an hour. His call out charge was very fair considering the circumstances and he did everything he could to get a temporary fix for us. Unfortunately our boiler couldn't be fixed without a new part, but Dan left us with a good electric heater to warm up our kid's rooms. He arranged to come back on 2nd Jan and managed to quickly and efficiently install a new pump. Would highly recommend.
