I recently had some issues with my guttering, which had become loose and disconnected in three areas along with a broken roof tile on my garage. I contacted James from Toogood roofing and fascias for a quote. James got back to me in 30 mins and explained what needed to be done such as supplying and fitting a new roof tile, installing three union Joiners for the guttering and realigning the rise and fall brackets on the side of the house. James was friendly professional and easy to communicate with. He arrived promptly and completed the job to a very high standard.

When I listed my job, James got back to me almost instantly and, within a few minutes, he was booked in for a next-day callout. The next day, James arrived at the time agreed and very quickly determined what work needed to be done. Within an hour, the work was complete to as high a standard as I could have expected. Excellent service from beginning to end. I would thoroughly recommend.

James is a friendly chap. He was excellent via communication over text regarding my job and provided an approximate quote, which is what I wanted. He gave me notice when he was about to turn up and he explained the options available to me. The price was the same as the quote so all good from me. Thanks.

Toogood Roofing contacted me the same day as requesting assistance and following a call and supply of a photo, visited the next day agreed a price following an inspection and work was completed the same day at a reasonable price. Excellent communication, speed to respond and quality of the repair. Definitely recommend.
