  James was very quick to contact me after my message came through and offered helpful advice as to the type of repair required. He came the next day while I wasn’t at home and completed the job, leaving the area spotless. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any future work.

  Appointment arranged for next working day. Engineer showed up within the given 4 hour time window. He was friendly and professional, and left the area clean and tidy. Unfortunately my appliance couldn’t be fixed but I was promptly sent a quote for a replacement and installation. Unfortunately I couldn’t accept the quote as they don’t work on Saturdays and I couldn’t work at home another day soon, but it was a reasonable quote. Would not hesitate to use this company again - the only improvement would be to have Saturday appointments/narrower time frames for appointments to help working people.
