  Tom was excellent from start to finish so much so he is coming back again to do more work in my flat. When I first contacted him on checkatrade, he replied promptly and professionally. He happily corresponded with me for details of the job and my requirements. On the day of the job he arrived on time, was very pleasant and got the jobs done at a very reasonable price. He advised me on further queries I had and is coming back again next week. He is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and has the best interests of the client. He is very pleasant. I can’t recommend him enough.

  Tom came over the afternoon I messaged him about my door getting jammed shut because the internal mechanism wasn't working. It proved to be more complicated to get the door free (destructive methods were required) than initially hoped, but he tried all the options, then figured out the issue and efficiently got the door open. Brought along the right parts to replace the destroyed bits, then realigned the door and mechanism to get everything working even better than it had been before. Extremely professional, reliable, very honest prices and appreciate how he went the extra mile as well.

  Fast, Friendly and Professional

  Tom was exceptional in his service, he wasted no time to get back to me, his communication was accurate and he explained clearly how the locks work, he was friendly, respectable, understanding and very professional, he was clear with his prices and it was reasonable. Overall I would recommend Tom and I was very pleased.

  Front door gear issue and back door handles

  I found Tom through Checkatrade he provided an excellent service. Tom arrived promptly, quickly identified and sorted the lock issue, and was fully prepared with all the necessary parts. He explained everything he was doing clearly and carried out the work within an hour and at a fair price. Highly recommended!
