  You will not be sorry if you choose Tom

  Had an emergency 9:30pm on a Sunday, door would not lock. Tom asked lots of questions, came out, identified the problem (which was what I thought it was). He did not have the part we needed, so changed the lock to get us locked up for the night. Called the next day when he said he was, update as to the part he had got, how much it was going to cost and when he would be back later that day (Monday). Tom was amazing from start to finish, highly impressed with Tom’s work ethics. Million percent recommend this young man, you will not be sorry if you use him.

  He fitted a new lock for my front door

  Tom proved to be very efficient and professional. He sorted out my problem and installed a new lock quickly. I cannot recommend him more highly and will tell my friends about his work. I picked the right man for the job -thanks Tom

  Window handles fixed

  Our windows handle and lock mechanism are broken. Posted on Checkatrade and Tom contacted me quickly. He’s professional and sincere, and explained things patiently. He visited twice to get things done without charging extra. Very pleased with his job.

  Front door would not lock and could be opened from the outside

  I called Thomas as l urgently needed my front door to be made safe and secure Although it was late Saturday night, on the bank holiday weekend, he came straight round to fix the problem He was very helpful and resolved it quickly I would highly recommend

  Front door lock repair - replacement

  Was the first person to reply to a job request. Within 10mins or so, gave a quote on the phone, came the next day & did an excellent job.
