  He fitted a new lock for my front door

  Tom proved to be very efficient and professional. He sorted out my problem and installed a new lock quickly. I cannot recommend him more highly and will tell my friends about his work. I picked the right man for the job -thanks Tom

  Window handles fixed

  Our windows handle and lock mechanism are broken. Posted on Checkatrade and Tom contacted me quickly. He’s professional and sincere, and explained things patiently. He visited twice to get things done without charging extra. Very pleased with his job.

  Front door would not lock and could be opened from the outside

  I called Thomas as l urgently needed my front door to be made safe and secure Although it was late Saturday night, on the bank holiday weekend, he came straight round to fix the problem He was very helpful and resolved it quickly I would highly recommend

  Front door lock repair - replacement

  Was the first person to reply to a job request. Within 10mins or so, gave a quote on the phone, came the next day & did an excellent job.

  Yesterday I had a problem with my front door and ,after a few quote ,I called Tom Locksmith , not the cheapest of quotes I received BUT was clear on costs, no extra hidden fees and not “ prices FROM”and for me this was very important plus Excellent customer service, great communication, very professional,Tom explain me step by step what he was doing and gave me also advice for the future. Highly recommended.
