  Tom came over the afternoon I messaged him about my door getting jammed shut because the internal mechanism wasn't working. It proved to be more complicated to get the door free (destructive methods were required) than initially hoped, but he tried all the options, then figured out the issue and efficiently got the door open. Brought along the right parts to replace the destroyed bits, then realigned the door and mechanism to get everything working even better than it had been before. Extremely professional, reliable, very honest prices and appreciate how he went the extra mile as well.

  Tom was exceptional in his service, he wasted no time to get back to me, his communication was accurate and he explained clearly how the locks work, he was friendly, respectable, understanding and very professional, he was clear with his prices and it was reasonable. Overall I would recommend Tom and I was very pleased.

  Front door gear issue and back door handles

  I found Tom through Checkatrade he provided an excellent service. Tom arrived promptly, quickly identified and sorted the lock issue, and was fully prepared with all the necessary parts. He explained everything he was doing clearly and carried out the work within an hour and at a fair price. Highly recommended!

  Tom arrived promptly, replaced my door lock quickly and with minimal fuss and explained clearly how to maintain it .. all at a very fair price. He was polite and friendly and clear in his communication. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service - would recommend!

  Tom did an excellent job fixing my back door which wouldn't open. He quickly found the fault and fitted a replacement mechanism. Tom also explained the issue and showed me how he had fixed it so I could understand, which I appreciated. Tom was really friendly and professional, and responded really quickly to my enquiry. Great value for money and an excellent service - I would really recommend Tom :)
