  Front door gear issue and back door handles

  I found Tom through Checkatrade he provided an excellent service. Tom arrived promptly, quickly identified and sorted the lock issue, and was fully prepared with all the necessary parts. He explained everything he was doing clearly and carried out the work within an hour and at a fair price. Highly recommended!

  Tom arrived promptly, replaced my door lock quickly and with minimal fuss and explained clearly how to maintain it .. all at a very fair price. He was polite and friendly and clear in his communication. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service - would recommend!

  Tom did an excellent job fixing my back door which wouldn't open. He quickly found the fault and fitted a replacement mechanism. Tom also explained the issue and showed me how he had fixed it so I could understand, which I appreciated. Tom was really friendly and professional, and responded really quickly to my enquiry. Great value for money and an excellent service - I would really recommend Tom :)

  Great service from start to finish!

  Over the past two years, this has been the third time of advertising a job to get our window locks/doors fixed as they didn’t open, yet again. But it was the first time we hired Tom for it. He did a brilliant job and he will definitely be our go-to person from now! He’s professional, thorough, friendly and reliable. We can actually tell the difference now between the windows he fixed to all the others, because they open a lot more smoothly. Highly recommend!!

  Excellent locksmith

  Do not hesitate - Tom is the best locksmith we have ever used. He helped us today with a broken rack bolt on a conservatory door. He is polite, professional and has great communication. He went above and beyond with his work and even helped us with some other lock-related issues, which we are very grateful for. The work was done quickly, on time, within the original quote and with no fuss or mess. We wouldn’t go to any other locksmith now!
