Had an emergency 9:30pm on a Sunday, door would not lock. Tom asked lots of questions, came out, identified the problem (which was what I thought it was). He did not have the part we needed, so changed the lock to get us locked up for the night. Called the next day when he said he was, update as to the part he had got, how much it was going to cost and when he would be back later that day (Monday). Tom was amazing from start to finish, highly impressed with Tom’s work ethics. Million percent recommend this young man, you will not be sorry if you use him.
