Tom contacted me immediately with a quote and was able to come over within 48 hours. He kept me informed with a time and date, and arrived on the day within the specified time slot. He then fixed the issue within half an hour and just charged me for call out only. Spot on!!

Quick to get the job done and charged for just a call-out..

Tom has been great from the start. Great communication, he came when he said and not only did he diagnose the fault he went above and beyond by also sourcing a new dishwasher and is due back to fit it in a couple of days. He also checked my gas hob to see if he could find the fault. Highly reccommend. he knows his appliances and is super willing to help.

Communication from the start was prompt and immediately informed on timescales for the work. Once at the house the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and will definitely use again.
