Solar panels

Polite, efficient, tidy, takes pride in his work, no hard selling. Tom has installed some solar panels and associated electrical system at short notice to fit in with some other works we had done on the outside of the house. He was happy to fit around the times we were available and completed all the outside work when we weren't. We had 5 quotes for solar, his was the last and definitely the most customer focused. And keenly priced too. I will definitely speak to him if we need more heating or renewables doing.

Solved tricky plumbing problem

This is the second time we’ve used Tom (the first was when he found an electrical fault in a pool heat pump which no one else would even look at - saved me buying a new one). In this job we wanted to fit a filling loop to our gas boiler to replace the one in the crawl-space over our lounge. Several plumbers have looked at the job and sucked through their teeth, but Tom came up with an innovative solution which he was able to finish in a couple of hours. He is now our first port of call for anything plumbing related - thoroughly recommended.

Was able to book an appointment in a reasonable time and arrived on time. Friendly, helpful and happy to answer questions. Work was efficient, clean and tidy - really important to me in my brand new kitchen.

Investigating a leak and replacing a tap

Tom was very efficient in solving what was causing the leak in my kitchen. He was very helpful, and gave advise regarding a replacement tap, which he also fitted the same day. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend his services.
