  Tracey responded to my enquiry on Checkatrade within minutes. She was exceptionally friendly and provided clear, honest advice on how to identify the type of animal causing noise in my roof cavity. Once we had determined the cause, she continued to offer helpful guidance over the phone and followed up with information on suitable products to purchase.   Tracy has been looking after us for a while now under a monthly maintenance plan. We have been impressed. She is real expert, and approaches things pragmatically, making sure we understand her treatment action plans. Our mole problem has been solved, and other vermin are under control.
