Had an issue with rats. Tracy came very quickly, did a thorough check of the house and gardens and made lots of very helpful suggestions on how to rat-proof our home and deter rats from the garden - some for immediate action and some for the longer term. Fingers crossed that the rats will decide to live elsewhere. For those that want to stay... Tracy laid bait traps and made other adjustments to our garden. She was very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, and above all made a very stressful situation a lot calmer. Highly recommend.

Tracey was very responsive, and very helpful - providing honest advice on what preventative measures we could take ourselves to resolve a woodlouse problem, before formally engaging a pest control service. Would thoroughly recommend!

Tracey has been thorough in identifying points of access (many, it's an old house) and setting traps and bait trays. She was informative, and very efficient. Just a few visits and no more rodent activity. Reassuring that throughout the time since first called, Tracey has been quick to respond to messages and reliable always. Happy to recommend .

Placed bait in various locations around the garden and a camera to see what was digging. Came back to review the bait taken and then concluded that it was foxes and thankfully not rats.
