  Tom swiftly identified our boiler problem and also picked up another problem we hadn't been aware of. All fixed very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

  Gas leak and fix

  Tom worked out where our gas leak was, made it safe and returned soon after to make the fix. He also identified and advised about some other safety issues with the boiler. Tom was super helpful. His comms were good before, during and after his site visits, which was really helpful as I had organised the work from a remote location. He was pragmatic and helped find a satisfactory solution. And friendly throughout. Despite not meeting him personally, his professionalism instilled significant trust. Thank you Tom.

  Very professional

  I was completely happy with work Tom did on my boiler so asked him to fit a new shower and replace fire alarms. He did the job within a few days of asking and his work was of a very high standard and the price was fair.

  Tom kept me informed of when he would be arriving and arrived within the chosen window. He explained what the exceptions were and was able to deal with them in the same visit. He was professional throughout and I will use him again. I was very pleased with the outcome.

  Tom came out to give our boiler it's annual service. He provided updates during the day on his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and courteous - and got the job done without any issues. Would definitely book him again for future work.
