  Paid a fortune earlier in the year to have a Vaillant EcoTech boiler given a full service: it’s never worked properly since (losing pressure). Called Tom (I saw his reviews on Checkatrade) and he came out very quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He sent me a photo of the parts he needed to replace and the new parts in situ. Given the excellence of his work, in the coming days he’s also replacing a shower unit for me. He kept me fully informed of costs, came when he said he would and completed the job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

  I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He accepted the job at very short notice, arrived on time, and completed the gas cooker installation to a very high standard. He talked me through the work, performed all the safety checks, tested the appliance, and made sure I was comfortable using it before he left. His workmanship was excellent, his communication was clear. The price was fair for the quality of service provided. I will happily call on Tom again and recommend him to friends and family.

  Tom responded to my request quickly. He capped off my faulty gas hob and checked everything was safe so I could have my gas boiler back on promptly and at the time agreed. He'll return to install a new gas hob when I've bought one.

  Definitely recommend Tom, who Installed my smart thermostats.

  Tom installed two smart thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs. Have had them for about two months, no issues and working perfectly. He is a great communicator and goes above to make sure he does a good job. Definitely recommend!
