Great service from tom would recommend

Great service. Tom was able to attend with 3 days notice, was polite, responsive and easy to deal with. Tenant was also very happy. He also found a gas leak on the external meter and arranged the call-out to SGN, who repaired the leak within a couple of hours. This was important as my tenant would have been without hot water and heating. He was then able to return the next day to complete the test and issue the certificate.

Tom was very efficient and confident which I found very comforting! He communicated with me and answered all of my questions. I will certainly be using TJM gas and heating again and will recommend to anyone, very trustworthy brilliant young man.

Tom was for ever punctual Did exactly what he said and when 100% professional Tom & Peter totally deserved medals for the clutter in my house they had to shift & work around & wow the quality of the work done, end product & the efficiency, neatness and tidiness of the new and modern central heating unit will be enjoyed for years to come - and as if that was not good enough - Tom saved me loads of money & stress from BritGas and Horrible PimlicoPlumbers…! So happy going home every night to a very warm house and a noiseless central heating unit. Finally, must not fail to also thank Peter.
