Derek was excellent throughout....from his first visit to price the work we required to when he loaded his van after the work was finished. Derek cleaned a number of carpets for us including one which we were intending to replace due to the level of staining. He managed to remove all the stains leaving us with a wonderful result. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Derek’s services. As always he was punctual, professional & helpful. Spent 4 hours cleaning carpets & rugs, including removing difficult stains. Derek gave a very acceptable quote to clean a very stained lounge carpet. It was so badly stained that Derek did suggest that some evidence might remain. Came at the agreed time, is very friendly and set straight to work. The transformation was remarkable, while room looks lighter with the newly cleaned carpet and not a trace of any old staining.
