Derek was excellent throughout....from his first visit to price the work we required to when he loaded his van after the work was finished. The price he quoted us was the price we paid and the quality of the work was superior to anything we had had done before.

Derek cleaned a number of carpets for us including one which we were intending to replace due to the level of staining. He managed to remove all the stains leaving us with a wonderful result. All other carpets were also cleaned to a very high standard and left feeling almost dry.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Derek’s services. As always he was punctual, professional & helpful. Spent 4 hours cleaning carpets & rugs, including removing difficult stains. Determined to do an excellent job & give customer satisfaction. Very pleased with the service and result. Strongly recommend

Derek gave a very acceptable quote to clean a very stained lounge carpet. It was so badly stained that Derek did suggest that some evidence might remain. Came at the agreed time, is very friendly and set straight to work. The transformation was remarkable, while room looks lighter with the newly cleaned carpet and not a trace of any old staining. Great job!
