  Within 48 hours Tim addressed our boiler issue and installed a new one (after we reviewed and decided on a new boiler, due to previous boiler having frequent issues which was 20 years old). Tim was clear and concise with the faults on the previous boiler and was very helpful in advising on which new boiler to go with. Overall exercise was nothing short of 5*. I highly recommend Tim if you have any boiler issues or need general boiler guidance.

  I recently had an issue with my boiler and reached out to Tim from TJB heating. He was quick to respond, turned up on time, and got straight to diagnosing the problem. Within no time he had the boiler working again and explained clearly what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. What really stood out was how professional and tidy he was throughout the job.   Impressive and reliable

  Really good communication. Punctual, smart and well mannered. Suggested ideas for my heating system and actually got it working properly when so many other plumbers have failed. All winter it’s been freezing in my bedroom and now the radiator is really hot. I can’t fault Tim. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him. And he doesn’t have a radio blaring!!!!
