I recently had an issue with my boiler and reached out to Tim from TJB heating. He was quick to respond, turned up on time, and got straight to diagnosing the problem. Within no time he had the boiler working again and explained clearly what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. What really stood out was how professional and tidy he was throughout the job. He made sure everything was safe, tested properly, and left the area clean before heading off. Really good communication. Punctual, smart and well mannered. Suggested ideas for my heating system and actually got it working properly when so many other plumbers have failed. All winter it’s been freezing in my bedroom and now the radiator is really hot. I can’t fault Tim. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him. And he doesn’t have a radio blaring!!!!

My boiler was playing up and had something wrong with it. Tim was out on call while I gave him ring and he said he’d be with me with the hour, half hour passed and he had arrived. He was able to identify the issue straight away and in fact he had the spare parts on his van to fix it without having to come back. Tim is a very friendly and reliable guy with prompt response. Highly recommended that had issues with their heating. He was telling me how he started off as improver in the industry before eventually becoming a gas engineer. Very interesting.

Top work. Turned up as said. Provided receipts for parts. Turned out his fee was more than reasonable.

Very professional service, on time and quick, and not trying to rip you off. When I asked sb else to connect a hive for me they said 60£ and Tim done it extra for free and it was actually only 5min work.
