  First class work and service

  TipTop did a fantastic job on project. I can be quite particular about details, and this has been an issue with previous builders. However, Nick works to very high and exacting standards, and any issues were quickly resolved without fuss. The project was completed on time and within budget, and Nick was flexible about small things that cropped up during the works. He also does not take shortcuts, and in fact came up with ideas to improve the original design even though it meant a bit more work for his team. A first class experience.

  Ground floor renovation including kitchen and custom media wall

  Tiptop Contractors completed our ground floor renovation and we’re very impressed with the quality of work and how well the project was managed. Nic was our main contact and was professional, reliable and great with communication throughout. Astrit did excellent carpentry and kitchen fitting, installing oak doors and skirting and building a bespoke media unit. Besi completed the electrics, including rewiring the kitchen and fitting a new fuse box, and Sab handled the plumbing. The team were punctual, tidy and respectful of our home. We’re very happy with the result and would happily recommend!

  Full extension / renovation

  Nick and the team at TipTop recently completed a full extension and renovation at our property, including side and rear extension and dormer. We were particularly impressed with Nick’s attitude to the project: we felt like Nick and his guys were putting in the same effort that they would for their own properties, showing genuine care about building us the best family home possible. The team are also incredibly hardworking and pleasant to interact with on site. The finish speaks for itself!

  Extension and renovation

  Tiptop contractors were recommended by our architect and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Nick and his team for going the extra mile every day. The 1st floor extension and house renovation turned out so much better than we imagined and thought possible. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and to budget. We very much appreciated Nick's advice, great communication and excellent project management which led to a positive experience from start to finish. A special mention to the highly skilled individuals whose craftsmanship and attention brought the project to life. Thank you!

  Bathroom flooring and painting, wallpapering

  Nick and his team have always been reliable and trustworthy and it was for this reason we had them come back more than 5 years after we last asked them to do work for us. They were punctual, diligent, and very fairly priced for the quality of their work. Would happily ask them to help us with any future projects!

  House refurbishment

  After a series of frustrating experiences with previous builders, we were extremely anxious about selecting a new construction company. However, from the moment we met Nick, all our concerns disappeared. Nick went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his attention to detail and commitment to perfection were evident every step of the way. He worked cleanly and efficiently, always ensuring the site was tidy and safe. His adaptability and willingness to accommodate changes made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
