Nick and his team have always been reliable and trustworthy and it was for this reason we had them come back more than 5 years after we last asked them to do work for us. They were punctual, diligent, and very fairly priced for the quality of their work. Would happily ask them to help us with any future projects!

After a series of frustrating experiences with previous builders, we were extremely anxious about selecting a new construction company. However, from the moment we met Nick, all our concerns disappeared. Nick went above and beyond in every aspect of the project. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his attention to detail and commitment to perfection were evident every step of the way. He worked cleanly and efficiently, always ensuring the site was tidy and safe. His adaptability and willingness to accommodate changes made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Nick and his team have just successfully completed an extension and an extensive property renovation to our 3 bed property in Southgate. My wife and I are thrilled with the results. Overall I give TipTop 10 out of 10 for the work done. Now the work is done I am really glad we chose TipTop, Nick and his team. I can see it definitely might not have ended up so well if we had gone elsewhere. The work included extension, electrics, plumbing, underfloor heating, kitchen, roof, driveway, plastering, rendering, patios, fitted wardrobes and a lot more. Thanks Nick & the team!

I would highly recommend Nic and his team. This was our first project and we were nervous but throughout the process Nic listened to what we wanted, helped us make the right choices and made us feel comfortable. His team were very punctual, hardworking and did very nice work. For me what I particularly appreciated was that Nic sets a high standard and has an eye for detail. When something wasn't quite right he was willing to fix it so we were happy. You hear about lots of unlucky people choosing the wrong builder but thankfully, we didn't.

I used Tip Top Contractors for the second time, for the complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat. I left everything to the Nick and the team. The work was excellent as usual and everything was taken care of and communicated to me as required.

Absolutely quality throughout, would highly recommend. Nick and his team @TipTop completed a complete renovation of our semi detached Victorian property in Barnet. Across four floors they completed a full rewire, install of plumbing system and heating, a loft extension, a kitchen extension, a cellar refit with laundry, and facelift for the front of the property. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The team were excellent and Nick was great at managing everything. Great workmanship and a friendly service. A pleasure to work with.
