This is the second time I have used Tiptop. A thoroughly trustworthy and honest company. Ricky kept me informed throughout on progress, laptop taken away due to my internet connection failing and returned with the job completed the following day. Definitely recommend.

Whenever I have an IT issue I Always call Ricky at Tiptop computers. He has a wonderful customer manner, always resolves the issue at very fair rates, And is my only port of call for many years now.

I couldn't send an email to one company, using Outlook. I think Ricky guessed the reason correctly, and put it right very quickly.

Always extremely professional approach - punctual, working in a time sensitive manner and follow up actions always carried through. All issues resolved. Fills me with complete confidence! Possibly not the cheapest out there but I am prepared to pay for the top level of customer service that Tiptop computers always provides.
