TipTop visited to do a tech check on my laptop, helpful and very worthwhile. It involved a thorough clean-up, removing a lot of unnecessary apps which had been a clutter and had slowed performance. Also, the TipTop rep advised that I could obtain perfectly adequate protection much more cheaply than the two Norton products I had been subscribing to. This will represent a significant saving.

As usual Tip Top were very responsive and came out to complete my annual Laptop service within 2 days . I have been using them for 10 years now and no complaints Dr DR
