  Alan was helpful in understanding the issue with our built in oven from my first phone call. Parts were ordered and he visited to undertake the repair within a week. He was polite and efficient and completed the repair promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring a repair to a household appliance.
