Soon after requesting the door seal on our Zanussi washing machine on Checkatrade, Alan from Tim Tech got in contact and offered to do the repair for a very competitive price. He was very professional, polite and tidy and within an hour had changed the door seal. We would highly recommend Tim Tech.

10/10. Alan responded quickly to my request and, on the day, turned up exactly on time. He worked hard to identify the issue and provide me with several solutions, giving his expert opinion on which would be best. A pleasure to talk to and explained things both knowledgeably and understandably. A fantastic service I would 100% recommend and use again.

Alan was on time, identified the issues and had come prepared with the relevant parts. Both items were fixed and he even gave my tumble dryer a clean out and service. Very happy with the service.
