  Tim and his team have been doing a great job at my buy to lets for a few years. They are normally able to get someone out relatively quickly, communication is great and they always do a great job. I have recommended them to lots of friends.

  Replaced immersion heater element that day

  I contacted them around 8:15 in the morning, received a reply in around five minutes and they came and fitted a new immersion heater element around 2pm that afternoon. Friendly, efficient service. So glad to have hot water back. Would recommend.

  After a huge letdown from Curry’s washing machine installers -- whose faulty workmanship caused a flooded floor and two other water problems -- I phoned Tim Dolton in a panic. He immediately got Nick on the job. Nick worked quickly, fixing all the issues. No hanging around. He explained things clearly and is, overall, just a really friendly person! I've used TD Property before, and I'd definitely use them again! As for Currys, they've lost my trust...
