I contacted them around 8:15 in the morning, received a reply in around five minutes and they came and fitted a new immersion heater element around 2pm that afternoon. Friendly, efficient service. So glad to have hot water back. Would recommend.

After a huge letdown from Curry’s washing machine installers -- whose faulty workmanship caused a flooded floor and two other water problems -- I phoned Tim Dolton in a panic. He immediately got Nick on the job. Nick worked quickly, fixing all the issues. No hanging around. He explained things clearly and is, overall, just a really friendly person! I've used TD Property before, and I'd definitely use them again! As for Currys, they've lost my trust...

We just had our annual boiler service done by Tim Dolton - our Worcester-Bosch boiler was installed by Tim 9 years ago, and his company has serviced it annually ever since. Never had a single problem in those 9 years - thanks!
