The technicians were professional in every respect:: good job done; gracious, and tidy.

I have been using them for several years and they have always been reliable with boiler checks. They are on time, friendly and really efficient in sending reminders and organising the next appointments, even over text.

He came at short notice to fix a leak coming from behind our fitted bath. He found the leak and fixed it within the hour, and his rate was very reasonable. He also mopped up the water created by the leak and left our bathroom clean and tidy.

The engineer was fantastic. Did a brilliant job and he was very clear about risks and potential unavoidable damage to toilet and/or tiling around it throughout the work (all of which he mitigated). Top service!
