Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased, will use again and have recommended to several friends.

From start to finish both the office staff, mostly Mandy & heating engineer, Jack were happy to help with any questions I may of had regarding costs, time, install etc. They fitted around my household shift patterns as best they could & made a 2 day job (as we have a flue that vents through the loft/roof) as painless as possible. Any inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum. Jack was professional at all times & the most tidy, careful & accommodating trades person we've ever had. I've used Crouchers for previous jobs at both my house & my late Nan's flat & never had any issues. Excellent.

From the start very efficient. Had problems getting the brass pipe valve, an issue with Myson rather than Crouchers. Offered me alternative, my choice to wait for the Myson type. Arranged the day for the work, today, and arrived prompt. The gent to do the job was polite, and ready to get on, he worked efficiently, left no mess, and because he had to drain part of the system, went around the house afterwards bleeding air as needed. I like them as a company, first time user, brcause tehy gave me a feeling of being in control, even with the Myson supply issue. Certainly use them again.

Arrived on time serviced the boiler no complaints

The whole experience, from the lady on the phone who made the booking to the engineer who did the work, was friendly and efficient. The engineer was efficient and knowledgeable. The cost was also good value. Top Rating is well-deserved by this company and I recommend them. I will certainly use them again next time I have a need.

I was impressed with Crouchers when they came to work out the work that needed doing, explaining the installation requirements. On the first day of the job, the engineer ( Patrick and his assistant, John) arrived at 8 am. They got on with the job straight away. The standard of workmanship was exemplary, they were extremely tidy, reliable and courteous all during the installation , and always made time to answer questions. Finally.the thermostat was explained to me, and I was given a few tips on the running of the system. A very happy customer.. highly recommended.
