Really great experience with Ingo. He's clearly an expert in what he does and was brilliant at keeping us informed about what he intended to do / was doing / how it was turning out etc. He got our oak floors looking lovely and gave us really useful aftercare instructions. He just seemed like a nice bloke as well, I felt very comfortable around him. We had some pretty tired floors that needed stripping, sanding and then varnishing. Ingo did a fantastic job to make the floor boards in two rooms look like they had just been laid.
