Really great experience with Ingo. He's clearly an expert in what he does and was brilliant at keeping us informed about what he intended to do / was doing / how it was turning out etc. He got our oak floors looking lovely and gave us really useful aftercare instructions. He just seemed like a nice bloke as well, I felt very comfortable around him. Would definitely go straight back to Timber Master Floors next time I have a need to and would recommend them to others.
