Very pleased, from initial contact with Ingo to the job's completion. We had to change original booked dates because of unforseen circumstances but Ingo was happy to rebook and work around our busy diaries! He was punctual, polite and worked solidly throughout. Every step explained as he went along. As for the job itself - well, what were previously embarassingly worn pine block floors in hall and lounge are now a joy to behold! Very satisfied. Quality workman. Would recommend.
