  They appear to be well booked up with jobs

  Two men arrived around 1000 to replace my side garage wooden door. The work was done in about 3 hours.The old door was taken away and some of the rotten wood around the door frame was replaced and a new door with locking facility added. They were tidy and cleaned up after the job was done. I would be happy to recommend them for the quality of their work.

  Fantastic service

  Rhys saved the day after being let down by many other tradespeople! Our barn door was hanging on by a thread and needed replacing desperately, Rhys came out to us to view/measure up, he sourced a door and him and Connor fitted it faultlessly all within a 2 week turnaround. They were polite, tidied up after themselves, checked that we were 100% satisfied with everything before leaving and in all it was a very positive experience. We will be using Timbercraft for any future carpentry work that springs up and will be recommending Rhys and the team to friends and family.

  Poor workmanship, Unprofessional Company

  All I can say is this company is extremely unprofessional, I had Rhys do a couple of small jobs for me which he did and I was very happy. I asked him to come back to replace 7 doors and build an understairs storage, the workmanship on this was very poor, the understairs storage was poorly done, 3 doors had manufactured defects, Rhys replace one door and carried out a repair on another door, I then asked him to replace the 3rd door to which he then told me he wouldn’t replace it or he wasn’t coming back to finish of the job he started. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

  All work was completed and accepted before we left site. I offered to replace the fire door at no cost, but payment was withheld, so I closed the job and removed all charges. I always aim to act fairly and professionally. — Rhys

  Top quality service

  I had a garden room built by Timbercraft Carpentry Co, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first visit, they were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. The communication was excellent throughout — I always knew what stage the project was at, and everything ran smoothly and on schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail was finished to a high standard, and the garden room looks even better than I imagined. The team kept the site tidy each day and were a pleasure to have around. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
