  Replace/install of Indirect unvented water cylinder. Richard & Will were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Quick at coming back with a quote which was very competitive. Tidy & courteous throughout. Time keeping spot on. A pleasure to have found a father & son team that are completely customer focused and clearly take pride in the work that they do.   Turned up on time as promised Wasted no time investigating the problem and explained why it had been caused. Collected tools from van and also parts likely to facilitate the repair. Completed the job and only then accepted the coffee offered. Very happy with courtesy, speed and quality. The Checkatrade rating was correct and have no hesitation to recommend
