Excellent. Job and very reasonable price.

Replace/install of Indirect unvented water cylinder. Richard & Will were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Quick at coming back with a quote which was very competitive. Tidy & courteous throughout. Time keeping spot on. A pleasure to have found a father & son team that are completely customer focused and clearly take pride in the work that they do. I would have no hesitation in using/recommending them for future projects. Well done.

Richard arrived promptly and completed the service with minimum fuss, he was also able to advise on future work.

Turned up on time as promised Wasted no time investigating the problem and explained why it had been caused. Collected tools from van and also parts likely to facilitate the repair. Completed the job and only then accepted the coffee offered. Very happy with courtesy, speed and quality. The Checkatrade rating was correct and have no hesitation to recommend

From start to finish I was really impressed with Richards service. He is exceptionally courteous and respectful, very efficient, and does an excellent job. From the beginning he rang me back when he said he would and arrived in the time slot he gave me. I shall most certainly be using his service again. I could not fault any aspect of my experience.
