Tidal visited the house to provide quote giving helpful advice about the job. The was scheduled and times were met. The work was carried out very professionally and the bathroom was left clean and tidy. The workman was pleasant and thorough. The team were spot on. Clean and tidy, fixed the problem with the central heating. They power flushed the all the radiators in the house and put inhibitor in. Greg was clear from the start and all communications excellent, text, calls and emails. Had a great experience with tidal plumbing. I needed someone asap to complete a gas safety certificate on a property I’m buying and I received an instant response from Greg who managed to work with my short notice and got me booked in for Monday on the Friday.
