Before plumber our area manager fixed the issue. They arrived quicker than expected.

Tidal have been great, they've solved various plumbing issues for us, some of which previous plumbers couldn't. Reasonably priced toilet! Couldn't recommend them enough!

We have been using Tidal Plumbing since 2017 and they always do a good job and often far beyond expectations. In this case the tap was fixed within minutes.

As a result of my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber on two counts: 1. Very high cost. He spent 2hours 15minutes on the job (including 1 hour off-site collecting parts) for which his labour charge was £252 (inc VAT). He was unable to give an estimate either before or on his completion of the work. The shock invoice was received several days later! 2. The work was not completed satisfactorily as the blockage remained and it was subsequently necessary to engage a further plumber to complete the work.

We've used Tidal Plumbing numerous times over the past couple of years for small jobs (like bathroom leaks and toilet unblocking) and bigger jobs (like new water tank and new boiler installation). Greg and the team are super workers - on time, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend for any plumbing work!

The work was completed in a quick and efficient manner, the bathroom was left in a clean condition. Very friendly, but professional approach to the job in hand.
