  Supply and fit two 2 gang switched metal clad sockets

  Communication was excellent, job was quoted for and date of work agreed. Ben, arrived on time and was very friendly. He completed the work to a very high standard. We are very happy and would use Thurrock Maintenance again.

  EICR work

  Highly unprofessional with little to no credibility. Promised he was certified to do the job and provide the certification report but he has gone complete awol since taking payment hence I am left in a dangerous and high risk situation not knowing if the job has been done to the required safety standards. All attempts to contact this person via telephone, WhatsApp and text messages have failed and now I am both extremely worried for my safety, the safety of neighbouring properties and my mental wellbeing. I need a full an immediate refund of this work paid for via your platform.

  Good initial communication and agreed a date and price. Electrician was very friendly and diagnosed the problem promptly. He explained what was wrong and had fixed it within 30 minutes. I would definitely use this company again.

  consumer unit installation

  I booked Thurrock Maintenance to replace my consumer unit which dated back to 1970's. The quote was well priced and checkatrade pay option was useful. Communication was good and I received notification the engineer was on way. The fuse box was installed carefully and sockets were checked. Will definitely use again.
