Thurrock Maintenance carried out some electrical work in June 2025. This was completed, however, not to our specifications but they assured us that this would be corrected. Meanwhile, they quoted us for a large building project and a start date was agreed. They failed to show up on the day which caused us massive inconvenience and business disruption. They also failed to contact us with an explanation and have subsequently not returned to address the unsatisfactory electrical work. Their communication with us was appalling and unprofessional and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Plug socket installed and completed in a timely way. Second job planned to replace floodlight resulted in a. Planned time yet no show and no communication.

Completed work explained job to me in simple terms kept me updated on its progress. Very professional service.
