I thought the whole team were fantastic, lovely guys to have in the house doing the work and all very well organised, fairly priced and attentive. Had a couple of bits to rectify after the work was finished and was all sorted the next day. Would definitely recommend.

Was contacted by text very quickly after receiving job to verify issue. I advised I had rung another company & was awaiting confirmation they could attend. They said to contact them if no joy with other company. Was so impressed that there was no hard sales pitch that I asked fee and time an engineer could attend and booked them. Ben arrived within 45mins and identified the problem. As it was the boiler that tripped the sockets he couldn't fully resolve but checked all wires & fuse on boiler and isolated so sockets worked. Also repaired a light switch in bathroom. Ben polite, friendly, tidy.

The lights on the outside of my garage kept tripping, only two would come on or none at all. Thurrock maintenance came round to solve this issue for me and did a fantastic job! The issue was solved quickly, communication was great and not had any issues since with the lights.
