10 Wonderful, reliable and professional plumbers.

First time of using THT. Helpful and supportive first contact. Once job was assessed had a short wait for parts to arrive but prompt with booking in a date. Was kept informed by email the time and agreed date and the name of the plumber coming to do the work. Then the wonderful cheery, polite, helpful and professional Lewis arrived. If only all tradesmen were as lovely as this young man! Definetly will use this company again if needed. Professional and competent. Very pleased with the manner that THT approached a piece of work that I needed doing quite quickly. Engineer attended when scheduled, discussed clearly and listened to my views and options. Agreed the work to be carried out (with options) if required. Communication with main office was very clear and reassuring. Engineer attended when scheduled with travel updates providing a reliable expectation as to when they would arrive. Once again THT provided an excellent service from start to finish. Lewis installed the water softener with minimal disruption to the household. THT were also very amenable when we asked to resite the electrical socket of the softener. The work was carried out tidily, on time and to our satisfaction.
