THT is an excellent company. Before the work started we had several site visits to discuss what it was that we wanted and to offer advice and suggestions about the fittings and decor. On the final site visit they went through everything again to make sure we were all understood our needs. An itemised estimate and schedule of work followed quickly. When the work started we were informed every day of the name of the team member and time of arrival. The work was carried out efficiently to a high standard. All the team were concerned that we approved each stage of the work.

THT replaced 5 radiators for us. They are thorough, and check all parts of the heating system, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We had a radiator removed, the plumber was lovely, had boot covers, did a great job and tidied after. Very knowledgeable and meticulous. Will definitely use again.

We don’t normally write reviews, in this case we really felt we needed to. From the start when Tom arrived to give us some ideas and a quote everything went so smoothly. We were always informed the evening before who would come the next day. Nothing was too much trouble, Tom and Vicky was always at the end of the phone to help. The workers that Tom employs are absolutely first class, they are a credit to the company. A special thank you goes to Ollie and Mariusz. Vicki was very helpful and efficient and kept us informed from our initial call until the end of the job. Lewis arrived on time, quickly resolved the problems we were having with the flushing mechanism and outlet for our downstairs toilet, and tidied up after. Would not hesitate to use THT's services again.
