Very professional and prompt on responding and I have to say the engineer that came round was a credit to the company.

I contacted THT Ltd to see if they could replace a faulty pop-up basin plug and a faulty shower valve. The communication was very good. They returned my call quickly, gave an estimate in writing and were able to schedule the work in relatively soon. The plumber came on time, was very polite and knowledgeable and completed all the work and left everything clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the work and would use THT Ltd again.

Manager came with fitter day1 Fitter brilliant and friendly but professional, tidy clean and hard working. Constant contact regards any delay I goods arriving as had extras such as mirror fan and light and flooring to enable laying under bath and loo. Customer service brilliant

The planning was carried out in a helpful way. All of the tradespeople who came at different stages of the project were respectful and knew their job. They did their best to cause no trouble to me. The bathroom looks almost exactly as I had hoped and everything works well. There were a few niggles, but they were cleared up promptly. Well done THT.
